The Pav is a flexible co-working and community hub in Tramore, designed to reduce worker isolation, strengthen community connection, and support low-carbon living through sustainable mobility and circular practices. It combines shared workspace, wellness and community use, and accessible e-bike rental to deliver social, environmental, and economic impact in a single local model.
